Return & Exchange Policy
At Caribbean Sports USA, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note the following guidelines:

Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags attached.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns. To avoid this fee, we recommend opting for store credit. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during transit. We highly recommend using a reputable shipping carrier with tracking. For your convenience, we offer a return shipping label at a reduced rate of $10.99. If used, this amount will be deducted from your total refund upon receipt of the returned items.

How to Return: Please ship your return to the address provided below, including a copy of your original receipt. Processing of returns typically takes 3-5 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

Exchanges: For the quickest exchange process, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures the availability of the replacement item and qualifies for free shipping (within the U.S., excluding international orders). Alternatively, you may send back the original item with a written request for an exchange, and we will process the exchange once the item is received. All exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed. If a different size, color, or product is desired, a new order must be placed.
If you encounter any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer service team before returning any items, as return shipping fees are non-reimbursable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
